Sova Capital Hires Ex-Deutsche Trader to Bolster Emerging Markets Sales Trading Desk

Sova Capital is pleased to announce that Sam Docherty has joined the firm. Operating from our London Headquarters, Sam joins as Director of Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (“CEEMEA”) Sales Trading. Sam’s expertise and coverage will expand and strengthen the Sales Trading offering and reach of the Capital Markets business. Previously Sam spent 15 years at Deutsche Bank, starting his London tenure as part of the UFG team in 2004, which later was acquired by Deutsche Bank in 2006, As an equities sales trader, Sam covered the whole of the CEEMA region and prior to this Sam worked at Sovereign Asset Management in Monaco.
